What You'll Find Inside

This Is Not Just My Story

It is a collective anthem for every woman who has ever felt marginalized, silenced,

or burdened by imposed expectations.

It is for the women who dared to speak their truth and for those

who are still learning to find their voice.

It is a call to fearlessly accept your worth, stay rooted in your truth,

and embody your full, unapologetic essence.

Empowerment is not just advocacy. It is a state of mind.

And self-worth is your birthright - no matter who you are, no matter where you are,

no matter how long the road may seem.

An Echo of Every Woman Who Ever Rose

Worthy To Be Me echoes the unwavering resilience of women who fall forward -

who choose to rise, again and again, until standing tall becomes

the only way they know how to live.

This book honours the grit intrinsic to women. The kind that generates in the face of hardship. The kind the world so rarely celebrates but can never extinguish.

A Note From Me

I first thought of writing this book in the summer of 2010. I wrote two chapters and shelved it because somewhere deep within, I still believed my story wasn't important enough to share with the world.

Years passed…and I kept sitting across from women who were living what I had lived. The over-giving. The shrinking. The quiet suffering beneath a life that looked fine from the outside. I realized I wasn't just carrying my story. I was carrying ours.

I wrote this book because resilience in women is real, it is grit, it is unstoppable BUT it is so often underrated, overlooked and unnamed.
I wrote it because self-worth is not something that can be given to you. It must be reclaimed, honored and nurtured.

I wrote it to pass on the torch of hope, inspiration, and possibility to every woman who has ever questioned whether she was enough. You are and always were.
