My Story

I’m an eternal learner, always following the subtle signs to become a better version of Self by delving into the myriads of information available on this journey of existence. 

I have survived trauma to rebuild my life as a single parent and worked in various segments of the global service industry (travel and hospitality) before becoming a full-time entrepreneur in 2013. You can read more in my self-help memoir, Worthy to be Me, available to buy on Amazon.

An English Literature graduate with a diploma in journalism, I’m a certified Mastery Coach with ICF-accredited Institute of Coaching Mastery and have completed a 9-month breathwork facilitator training with Alchemy of Breath.

My work is designed and deeply influenced by personal experience, formal learning, spiritual explorations and ongoing self-study in psychology, neuroscience, somatics, crystals, astrology, numerology, Akashic records, subtle energy, philosophy, spiritual teachings and sound healing.

Even though I was born highly intuitive, my journey of spiritual exploration began in 1998 when I was trying to make sense of my life situations and abusive relationships. This led me to get initiated into Reiki. From that time up until 2013, I was on an accelerated path where one door led to another of healing, self-discovery, awareness, self-empowerment, embodiment and self-actualization. From one healing modality to the other, they were all pieces of the puzzle that gave profound insights that led me back home to myself. As I remembered who I was beyond the societal labels and perceived imperfections, I stood taller in my power. 

In 2010, I became the founder of Kindred Soulzs Academy with the vision to provide guidance, support and healing for those who want to become the best version of themselves like me but don’t know where to begin or how to make transformation sustainable.

I truly believe that transformation works in layers and is continuous. Without being grounded and rooted, progress is short-lived. I bring integrity, trust, accountability, and stewardship to create a sacred space for my clients. This also forms the foundations of my own business and mentorship.
